I’m heartbroken about it.
The penalty that could’ve kept us in the game became the biggest disappointment out my career so far.
I was fully confident about the way I should’ve hit the ball as I’ve done it many times in my career but the outcome was painful.
The reason I joined this beautiful club was always to show my talent, discipline and work ethic.
2 years later we have built great memories but that’s over and in the past.
I renewed my contract with 100% consciousness and knew that things wouldn’t be easy as my year has been a bad one so far.
My heart was delighted when I received full support from you guys! The fans that showed up when I needed it the most.
That’s why this outcome hurts extra deep!
I understand and accept all criticism and emotions that comes with this moment, but I will never ever give up on trying to make greater history in this club and put Corinthians together with the team and supporters where the club belongs.
So again I want to apologize to everyone that truthfully loves this club.
Time to work harder or go home because im not the type man who hides away behind excuses..
Things will not be easy, but for whoever knows me, knows that I’m a fighter…
I stay on the battlefield because the dream that we all have didn’t die, at least not in my heart.
and for the ones who find joy in our pain just remember that it doesn’t change anything about the journey we on.
Life will teach everyone a lesson on its own time.
